A neutral home for cosmological research
The TSM2 Institute for Cosmology was formed to address a structural gap in modern cosmology: the absence of a neutral, auditable system for recording, testing, revising, and preserving cosmological claims — independent of institutional affiliation, narrative-driven review, or consensus-based filtering.
We operate as an independent, theory-neutral assessment body. Submissions are evaluated using defined compliance criteria, not theoretical alignment. We are not a journal, a funding agency, or an advocacy group — we are infrastructure: structured analytical support designed to complement existing publication systems.
THE FOUNDATIONAL FRAMEWORK
From state to process
Modern physics describes the equivalence of energy and matter through Einstein’s identity:
E = mc²
STATE EQUIVALENCE
The Thwaites Theory of the Cosmos (TTC) extends this from a description of state to a description of process — how energy behaves and evolves over time:
E = ( ρ · T · t )
PROCESS EVOLUTION
This defines energy as the interaction of density (ρ), thermal condition (T), and temporal progression (t) — the mechanical basis for cosmic structure and evolution.

DEFINES STRUCTURE
Within this framework, the universe is described as a finite system in continuous dynamic equilibrium. TTC is our reference standard — but the registry remains open to competing and alternative submissions.
We do not determine truth. We determine structural compliance.
All submissions are evaluated against defined analytical criteria and classified transparently. By separating compliant and non-compliant submissions within a public registry, we restore methodological accountability while preserving intellectual ownership and chronological precedence.
The registry remains open to revision, challenge, refinement, and comparison. We support the evolution of cosmological understanding through correction and clarification — without penalising revision or dissent.
Our purpose
- A publicly accessible registry for cosmological submissions — originality declarations, frameworks, analytical papers, and empirical exhibits.
- A defined, criteria-based compliance framework that separates eligibility for testing from validation or endorsement.
- Full historical provenance — original submissions, revisions, upgrades, and rejections remain permanently traceable.
- Structured comparison between competing models on logic, assumptions, mechanism, scale consistency, and falsifiability.
- Support for the evolution of understanding through correction, refinement, and clarification.
